Bill Lawlor

Bill Lawlor is the Vice President for the Canadian Red Cross in Atlantic Canada. He joined the organization in 1998 and has served in a variety of capacities and programs throughout the years.

Shawn Feely

Shawn Feely has been the Canadian Red Cross Vice President for Manitoba and Nunavut since 2015. He is responsible for oversight of all Red Cross operations in Manitoba and Nunavut, including implementation of strategic priorities, business transformation, relationship management and financial accountability.

Kelsey Lemon

Kelsey Lemon is Vice-President, International Cooperation and Programs at the Canadian Red Cross. In this role, she is responsible for international operations, including partnerships with Red Cross Red Crescent Movement colleagues to promote humanitarian diplomacy and deliver efficient and timely emergency response and humanitarian services to people and communities in need.

Pascal Mathieu

Pascal Mathieu became Vice President of the Red Cross in Quebec in 2015. He is responsible for oversight of all Red Cross operations in Quebec, including implementation of strategic priorities, business transformation, relationship management and financial accountability.

Luc Mullinder

Luc Mullinder became Canadian Red Cross Vice President, Saskatchewan in 2020. He is responsible for oversight of all Red Cross operations in the province, including implementation of strategic priorities, business transformation, relationship management and financial accountability.

Pat Quealey

Pat Quealey joined as a vice president with Canadian Red Cross in 2019 after serving in a volunteer strategic advisory role. Pat is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to BC and Yukon operations and facilitating internal coordination across western Canada to advance strategic priorities. His responsibilities also include business transformation, relationship management and financial accountability.

Liane Fernandes

Liane Fernandes joined the Canadian Red Cross as Vice-President, Ontario, in 2022. Liane has always been passionate about helping people and takes great pride in leading her team to make a positive impact supporting people and communities in times of need. In her current role, Liane collaborates closely with governments and community partners to ensure the Red Cross is well positioned to provide relevant and creative solutions to meet the unique needs of communities across Ontario.
