Property management services provided at the request of Parks Canada and in collaboration with the Municipality of Jasper
Starting this week, the Canadian Red Cross is providing property management services to Jasper, Alberta residents at interim housing units in the community. The Red Cross is providing support at the request of Parks Canada and in collaboration with the Municipality of Jasper. Parks Canada has secured interim housing units in the community and the Municipality of Jasper has placed individuals and families in units through an application process.
As interim housing units become ready for occupancy, Red Cross personnel will be on-site to welcome Jasper residents and provide ongoing support and services to individuals and families. Red Cross assistance includes:
- managing and maintaining interim housing units and sites,
- administering leases and collecting payments,
- managing utility and service accounts, and
- facilitating tenant services and issues resolution with the Municipality of Jasper and Parks Canada.
The Red Cross is committed to providing support as the community continues along the path to its recovery.
