Financial Statements

The audited financial statements of the Canadian Red Cross Society are completed in accordance with accounting standards for not-for-profit organizations as promulgated by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.

The Society Audited Financial Statements are made available for Board of Directors approval within three (3) months of the Society’s fiscal year end and are provided to all Members three (3) weeks prior to the Annual General meeting and are accepted by all Members.

Special purpose financial statements are provided for large scale appeals for which donations exceed $100 million.
