Personalized Recovery Support
The Canadian Red Cross, thanks to the generosity of donors as well as matching funds from the Government of Canada, is offering personalized recovery support to people impacted by the 2024 Alberta Wildfires. This support is available to those who are homeowners or tenants.
The Canadian Red Cross case management teams will work directly with people to discuss their unique needs and help them navigate their recovery journey and access available supports. This may include support for planning their return home, understanding insurance and community resources, providing referrals to access mental health services, and to assist people make decisions and inform their next steps. In addition, financial assistance may be available to support residents of Jasper with early recovery needs and is not intended to duplicate insurance coverage or other assistance programs.

If you do not have an email address or prefer to communicate with us by phone, please call 1-800-863-6582, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST. A member of the case management team will return your call, and a private and confidential appointment will then be arranged with your family representative. Appointments may take place over the phone or virtually.
