Luc Mullinder VP SaskatchewanVice President, Saskatchewan

Luc Mullinder became Canadian Red Cross Vice President, Saskatchewan in 2020. He is responsible for oversight of all Red Cross operations in the province, including implementation of strategic priorities, business transformation, relationship management and financial accountability. 

Luc began his relationship with Red Cross as a RespectED Ambassador in 2009, while a professional football player for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He became a full-time Red Cross employee in 2014, as Project Manager and Fundraiser for programs supporting Healthy Youth Relationships. He subsequently became Manager of Corporate Partnerships, Saskatchewan; then Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Luc is a highly driven leader who believes building strong relationships is critical to success. In his time as Vice President, Saskatchewan, Red Cross has successfully redirected its Provincial Emergency Management and Engagement Strategy to better support leadership of First Nation and Métis Nation communities in developing their own emergency response capacity. 

Luc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. He was born in Auckland, New Zealand of Tongan and Māori heritage. He now resides in Regina, Saskatchewan with his wife and two children.
