Manjit Singh

Professional headshot of Manjit SinghManjit Singh grew up in the United Kingdom, originating from Punjab, India. Manjit has volunteered with the Canadian Red Cross in various capacities since 2006. 
 
He started as a First Aid trainer for the Injury Prevention Program and has also been involved with the Detention Monitoring Program. Manjit is an active volunteer on the Personal Disaster Assistance Team (PDAT) and a Safety and Wellbeing volunteer. He has also helped to raise funds through the annual Walmart campaign. 

Manjit is an international medical graduate. He is the president of the Step Alive CPR First Aid Emergency Training Centre. Through this Center, he has trained thousands of people in CPR and First Aid.

Manjit has been a National Member since 2020. The impact of climate change on the population, the increase of disasters in Canada, and migration motivates him to continue his commitment to the organization's governance. 

Manjit lives in Surrey, British Columbia.
