Clara Reinhardt

Professional headshot of Clara ReinhardtClara Reinhardt retired from the Canadian Red Cross in 2015. She was working in Prevention and Safety. As a First Aid Master Instructor Trainer and a Water Safety Master Instructor Trainer, she worked with National Advisory Groups, coordinated the Drowning data collection and reports, and represented the Canadian Red Cross at the Canadian Safe Boating Council. She has experience working with and living in Indigenous Communities in four western Provinces and three Territories.

Clara is currently a Personal Disaster Team (PDAT) lead taking courses in Emergency Management.

She was an elected official for 14 years in a small municipality, with 8 years as the Mayor. During that time, she was privileged to be involved in Provincial and Regional Committees, a Local Government representative in First Nations Treaty Negotiations, and the Columbia River Treaty Local Government Advisory Committee.

Clara lives in Radium Hot Springs in British Columbia.
