Miranda Hubbs is an Independent Director who has served on the boards of a variety of large North American public companies, Crown Corporations, and regulatory organizations.

Prior to her retirement in 2011, Miranda was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of McLean Budden, one of Canada's leading institutional asset managers.

Miranda is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Climate Strategy Advisory Board and the Global Risk Institute Sustainable Finance Advisory Committee. She is a CFA charter holder, a SASB FSA credential holder, and has earned the CERT certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from Western University and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Miranda is a founding member of the Canadian Red Cross Tiffany Circle, a network of women philanthropists committed to helping people and communities by investing in the humanitarian work of the Canadian Red Cross. She has been a member of the Canadian Red Cross Board of Directors since 2017. From 2020 to 2023, she has served as Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the Governance Committee.
