How to use this book:
- When you are having a stressful moment, find a colouring page you like.
- Use markers, coloured pencils or crayons.
- Don’t worry about staying in the lines or being perfect.
- As you colour, notice how your body feels
- Think about what gives you hope, positivity and strength.
