Let’s color! ᐊᒥᐊᕆᓚᐅᖅᑕ!

Nunavut-Youth-Colouring-Book-(1).jpg Young artists from across the territory helped us create this colouring book for you and your mental wellness. Colouring can be a great way to relax and take care of our minds – it can be part of self-care.

We asked youth across Nunavut to create art for this colouring book thinking about:
  • What helps you stay positive?
  • What gives you hope?
  • What represents strength to you?
  • How do you stay motivated
  • How do you help others
 
How to use this book:
  • When you are having a stressful moment, find a colouring page you like. 
  • Use markers, coloured pencils or crayons. 
  • Don’t worry about staying in the lines or being perfect.
  • As you colour, notice how your body feels
  • Think about what gives you hope, positivity and strength.
