It seems as though everyone knows someone who has been affected by the flu this season. How prevalent is the flu this year? Well it all depends on where you live. This interactive FluWatch map by the Public Health Agency of Canada keeps track of flu activity across the country.

The Canadian Red Cross would like to remind all our readers that the best way to keep the flu at bay is to wash your hands regularly, cover coughs and sneezes, and get the flu shot. And, if you are wondering if you have the flu or a cold, read our handy chart from a previous blog.
