The film "Rebelle" is a Canadian film that was nominated for best foreign language film at the Oscards. It tells the story of a young girl captured in Sub-Saharan Africa to become a child soldier.

The film festival is free, but the club is accepting donations on behalf of the Red Cross Club and Child Advocacy and Rehabilitation initiatives.
