Yesterday morning at the 18th Federation General Assembly in Geneva, the Maldivian Red Crescent Society (MRCS) became the 187th member of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. In this photo Mr. Ibrahim Shafeeg, President of the Maldivian Red Crescent Society, has his society formally recognised by Federation President, Tadateru Konoe.
