June 5-12 is Water Safety Week and in addition to blogs about water safety tips and branch programs, we're putting a call out to all of you to send us photos of you, your family/friends, volunteers or other Red Crossers that show various aspects of water safety.
For example - do you have a photo of your children in swimming lessons? Or do you have a photo of your children in the pool (maybe with safety equipment in the background)? How about photos of you in your lifejacket on a boat?
Any photos that fit the theme of "water safety" will be added to a special photo gallery on the blog.
Really, it's just a fun way for us to share important safety messages.
