July 11, 2019 - Bill has been a volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross for over 10 years. He spearheaded the logistics team in Ontario and has been the boots on the ground problem solver for several disasters. However, on Sunday, April 14th in the small town of Kapuskasing in Northern Ontario, something out of the ordinary took place at the local Walmart store.

April 10, 2015 - Only a few short years after arriving to Canada from Italy, Nicolas Lacetera was looking for an opportunity to give back to his community. In September 2014, he joined the network of Red Cross volunteers - becoming  a valued addition to the Street Relief Team with the St. James Community Monday Breakfast Program, in downtown Toronto. Not only is he a welcome addition, but he has become someone whom the program relies and depends on for continued support.
